We are firming up the agenda for the upcoming ACC Users Group meeting October 8-11, and have two great tour options lined up for attendees. With less than 6 weeks to go for the meeting, we are also closing in on the low registration fee deadline, with the rate increasing after September 7. Hotel rooms are also important to book ASAP as there may not be rooms available beyond those reserved for our meeting (Hotel block deadline is September 14). We typically have a late registration rush…so if you’re planning to attend, sign up now for minimum cost and maximum convenience! Of course it also helps us to get a count early rather than last-minute, as we plan for tour logistics (buses, safety equipment, etc.).

In addition, flights into Colorado Springs are somewhat limited, with the primary alternative option being a 1.5-hour drive from Denver International Airport. Not unreasonable, but again, maximize your convenience with advance preparation.

Come early, stay late, and enjoy the Fall weather in Colorado! It’s the best time to visit (in my opinion). Looking forward to a great time as always.
